MoB Member Terms and Conditions

• Your annual Membership is valid for 12 months from the date you sign up.
• MoB Membership is only available to people currently living within Australia with an Australian postal address.
• You must provide your full name, email address, mailing address and phone number to establish your Member account.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are current and accurate, and you can update your contact details anytime.
• Members must be prepared to produce valid identification at point of entry to ticketed events tours and workshops, at MoB Shop, and to receive external partner offers.
• MoB reserves the right to vary programs, events, membership prices, benefits and terms, where required and at our discretion.
• Any reciprocal benefits and services offered as part of the Membership shall be subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the third party and are subject to change at any time.
• MoB reserves the right to cancel a ticket and refund the amount paid.
• MoB reserves the right to cancel a membership without a refund following a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Digital Welcome Pack

• Once we have processed your membership, you will receive a welcome pack via email.
• You will receive monthly MoB Member News, including priority access year-round, plus invitations to exclusive Member-only events and bonus discounts.
• You will receive a unique code to redeem discounts on a range of Museum experiences.
• You will receive reciprocal membership benefits from Museums of History NSW.
• You will receive a digital subscription to Art Guide Australia.
• You will receive discounts on wine from Symphony Hill Wines.
• You will receive discounts on Roma Street Parklands undercover carpark, operated by Cornerstone Parking.
• Discount codes offered to MoB Members are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
• Only the named person listed on the MoB Member email can access benefits unless otherwise stated.
• You are responsible for any unauthorised use of your MoB Members account, including any unauthorised use of discount codes
